The Big OU Summer Party

We're thrilled to announce a change to our usual March scheduling. The fabulous London OU Dinner will take place this year at the Mandarin Oriental on Thursday, 4th June 2026. 

Same place, sunnier vibes!

This is the most glamorous event in the OU calendar and – always a night to remember with OUs of all ages coming together.

Reserve your tables and get your friends together for an unforgettable evening.

Event details:

  • Venue: The Mandarin Oriental, 66 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7LA
  • Timings: Welcome drinks from 6.45pm / Dinner from 8.00pm
  • Dress code: Black Tie
  • Please note: Due to the popularity of the occasion, we are unable to accommodate non-OU guests at the event. 

Ticket Pricing:

Tickets include welcome drinks and a three-course dinner with wine. All individual ticket prices are subsidised by the OU Association.

  • Band 1 - Full price ticket: £138.00
  • Band 2 - Ages 23 to 29: £114.00
  • Band 3 - Ages 18 to 22: £90.00

Payments in Instalments:

New this year: Spread the cost over 3 monthly payments:

  • Band 1: £46 per month
  • Band 2: £38 per month
  • Band 3: £30 per month

If you'd like to pay in instalments: 

  • Select 'Pay in Instalments' on the booking form at the bottom of this page to register your event booking (this provides the opportunity to confirm your seating requests/dietary requirements etc).
  • Then CLICK HERE to set up your payment schedule for the appropriate ticket fee band.
  • Note: Payments will commence on 1st March, so early booking is required (this option will not be available after this date due to payment schedule).

Bookings:

  • Reserve a Table: Email Lucy Hurst to book a table for your friends (limited availability). Tables accommodate 10-12 guests.
  • Individual Bookings: Use the form below to confirm your tickets and payments. The form can also be used for multiple bookings if you are confirming for friends.

Important note - The online payment mechanism is address sensitive to reduce fraud and make online payments secure. Please ensure the billing address entered matches the details held by your bank exactly or the payment may be rejected. It is particularly sensitive for overseas transactions so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you experience any issues.
