Classic Car Meet
We are delighted to confirm that plans are underway for a Classic Car Meet from 9.00am on Sunday 26th April. Guests will be invited to participate in the Stilton Cheese Run, which starts in Uppingham with a large display of classic cars on view.
Richard Boston (B 56) and the OU team look forward to welcoming enthusiasts.
Event Details:
- 9.00am to 9.30am: Arrival and park up in designated OU area in the town (not the School campus)
- 12.00pm: Drive to New Lodge Farm in Bulwick (around 7 miles from Uppingham, via Seaton, Harringworth and Laxton) where a collection of classic vehicles will assemble. (Refreshments/hog roast etc will be available to purchase there).
The OU team plan to have a gazebo outside the Falcon and encourage OUs to meet up there. Refreshments will be available in the Falcon.
Bookings:
- Please complete the short form below to register your attendance, by 31st March at the latest, so the OU staff are aware of the number of OUs participating in the event.
- You will also need to register your classic vehicle via the 'Stilton Cheese Classic Car Run' website. Please note: Limited places are available, early booking is recommended. The entry fee is £15.00 per vehicle which can be paid via the booking link.
