We are pleased to share details of a new film by OU John Fleet (Fgh 96), which captures an insight into the life of Winston Churchill.
The documentary, “Churchill and the Movie Mogul” tells the story of the surprising relationship between the politician and film producer Alexander Korda.
Theirs was a unique collaboration, with Churchill working for Korda as a screenwriter and historical advisor. The documentary explores their friendship and how together they changed the shape of British cinema, with the power film becoming a vital weapon in wartime.
